Yesterday was a total bust.
I forgot that my daughter had a basketball game so I didn't get my steps in (sitting around on bleachers and in the car) and didn't get to do the Cardio Fix.
I also ate half a chicken and biscuit sandwich. Her team actually won so we went out to dinner.
Miraculously, my after coffee weigh in this morning showed a small drop on the scale. Not worth taking a photo over, but any loss is the right direction. So I guess I didn't completely sabotage myself.
I walked in the park this morning. I plan on getting that Cardio done later tonight.
